*Provide on site cleaning, repair and evaluation on all brands of measuring microscopes, profile projectors and other related measuring equipment.
*Perform NIST traceable calibration of stage travel on measuring microscopes, profile projectors and other related measuring equipment up to 300mm overall travel. Perform NIST traceable calibration of magnification accuracy on profile projectors. Note: Calibration sticker, certification and uncertainty of measurement provided on all stage travel calibrations.
*Perform NIST traceable calibration on reticles and imaging software.
